Main substances are:

I. Calcium D-Pantothenate

This vitamin B5 precursor increases the skin's moisture retention capacity. It has caring properties and improves the skin's elasticity. It supports the formation of new skin cells, thus contributing to regeneration. Furthermore, vitamin B5 also has soothing and calming properties.

 

II. 1,2-Propanediol

It serves as a biological carrier substance. It ensures a stable, even, and effective absorption of hyaluron into the skin. The fluid is crystal clear, colourless, and odourless. Best of all: its antimicrobial action makes additional preservatives in KLOTZ LABS cosmetics unnecessary.

 

III. Urea

An endogenous organic compound that cosmetically slows down skin keratinisation and acts as a strong moisturiser for the skin due to its hygroscopic (water-attracting) effect.

 

IV. Aqua dest.

V. Sodium Hyaluronate

Hardly any other molecule possesses such a broad spectrum of extraordinary properties and finds such versatile application in modern cosmetics as hyaluron. Especially in the field of aesthetic care, recent research results have led to groundbreaking successes in combating and preventing signs of skin ageing. Hyaluron occurs throughout the body, with over half of it located in the skin. Due to its unique chemical structure, the molecule is able to bind amounts of water up to a thousand times its own mass. Through this enormous storage capacity, hyaluron acts like a water cushion in the intercellular spaces of the skin, increasing tissue tension, significantly reducing the depth of wrinkles, and optimally supplying the skin with moisture deep down. At the same time, the water cushion forms a protective barrier that shields the cells from the damaging effects of environmental toxins, free radicals, and UV radiation, while facilitating the transport of substances between the cells. The supply of important nutrients to the cells as well as the removal of waste products is improved, as hyaluron serves as a kind of sliding track for the transport of other substances. Thus, hyaluron also improves the soothing properties and protective mechanisms of the skin and accelerates its natural regeneration processes. Redness and fine lines are reduced, the skin appears plumper and more elastic. With increasing age, the content of hyaluron and thus also of moisture steadily decreases. The skin's own protective mechanisms as well as firmness and radiance are lost.
